Who we are

What we collect and why

We only process the details you choose to send us through our contact form: your name and e-mail address, and — if you provide them — your phone number, company, website, address and the content of your message. We use them solely to answer your enquiry and to follow up on it where relevant.

Our web server also keeps standard technical logs (including IP addresses) for a short time, so we can run the site securely.

Cookies

We use no advertising or analytics cookies, and there is no cookie banner because there is nothing to consent to. A single strictly-necessary session cookie may be set only when you submit the contact form, to protect it against spam and misuse; it is deleted when you close your browser. Under the GDPR and ePrivacy rules, a strictly-necessary cookie of this kind needs no consent.

How long we keep your data

We keep contact enquiries only for as long as we need them to deal with your request and any resulting business relationship.

Your rights

You may ask us to access, correct or delete your data, or to restrict or object to its use — just write to team@crw.lu. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with Luxembourg's data protection authority, the CNPD.
